Do you accept returns?
We issue store credit (Shift Drip Co E-Gift Card) for items returned in the same condition received. Learn more about returns when you explore our Returns page HERE


When can I expect my order to arrive?
All of our items are made to order, so do take time to process. Although most of our customers receive their items 6-9 days after placing their orders, in rare occasions, your order may take up to 10 business days to ship, plus another 2-7 business days to be delivered. We ask that you order your items at least 14 days in advance of needing them, although they are usually shipped out much quicker that that! Please allow extra time during the holidays. If it's been more than 10 business days since ordering your item, and you still have not received a tracking number, please contact support@shiftdrip.com so that we can look into the matter and issue you a refund or replacement if needed.


What are the care instructions for your tees and sweatshirts?
To keep your design as beautiful as possible, we recommend washing the garment inside out on the gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent. You can either tumble dry low or line dry. Do not dry clean or use bleach.


Do you offer discounts on large orders or wholesale?
We do not offer wholesale at this time. If we launch a wholesale program in the future, we'll announce it via newsletter.

We do offer discounts for larger orders:
- 10% off your order of 10 or more items with code SDC10OFF
- 20% off your order of 20 items or more with code SDCBULK20
- Orders of 60 or more receive 30% off with no coupon code needed (discount automatically applied at checkout). 

 

Do you offer military discounts?
At this time, we do not offer a military discount, however, this could change in the future. We recommend subscribing to our email list to be informed about changes and new promotions. As a bonus, we currently offer 10% off your first order when you subscribe.


How can I find the right size?
We use unisex apparel, which may differ from your usual size. The best way to check the right size for you is to get one of your favorite, best-fitting t-shirts (or sweatshirt), lay it down flat, and measure it as shown in the size chart provided in the listing. 

If you are purchasing for someone else, you may refer to the following as a general guide to find the right sizing: 

S:       Size 4-6
M:      Size 8-10
L:       Size 12-14
XL:     Size 14-16 
2X:     Size 18-20

Can I cancel or change my order?
We ask that you make any cancellation requests or changes to your order within 1 hour of placing your order. If requested after 1 hour, cancellation and changes are not guaranteed since your order has already been sent to the production team for fulfillment. Please contact support@shiftdrip.com within 1 hour of placing your order for cancellation requests.

I need to change the address on my order.
Contact us asap at support@shiftdrip.com to request a change to your address. Your request must be received within 1 hours of placing your order. If requested after 1 hour, an address change is not guaranteed, even if your order has not been marked as shipped yet. Should you need us to re-ship an order out to you, please contact support@shiftdrip.com.   

Do you offer rush shipping?
We currently do not offer rush shipping or processing. 

I received the wrong size/color/design from what I ordered.
We are happy to provide a refund or replacement for any item received as defective, or if the wrong design, size or color was received. Your refund or replacement request must be received within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Please read our refund policy for more information.

 
My order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it.
Sometimes orders will be marked as delivered but not actually be delivered.  We have no idea where they go but 95% of the time they end up arriving within a few days. Depending on the shipping provider used, please provide your local post office or UPS with your tracking number so that they may assist in finding your package before reaching out to us. 

If there still has been no luck in finding your package after checking with your local post office/UPS, please contact us at support@shiftdrip.com with your order number and we will do our best to figure out where your awesome stuff went!
