CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from the bag. It is suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

SHIPPING: Please allow 3-7 business days to receive a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, your item is quoted by the carrier as taking 3-6 business days to be delivered. Since our products are shipped by a third party, we have no control over production or shipping times. We ask that you order your items at least 14 days in advance of needing them, although we typically have them out much quicker than that (please allow extra time during the holidays).
